We serve all of Los Angeles County including Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Long Beach, Beverly Hills, the San Fernando Valley, the San Gabriel Valley, and everywhere in between. We also regularly serve Ventura County, Orange County, and the greater Southern California area.
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance for most events. For peak wedding season (May–October) and holiday corporate parties, we suggest booking 3–6 months ahead. Popular spring and fall dates fill up fast. Check our availability calendar and secure your date early — it's free to inquire.
Yes — Captured Celebrations is Latino-owned and fully bilingual. We serve quinceañeras, bodas, and all celebrations in both English and Spanish throughout LA County. Custom print overlays can be designed in Spanish, and our attendants are comfortable working in either language so every single guest feels at home.
Every package includes a professional on-site attendant, setup and breakdown, a custom-designed print overlay matched to your event colors and theme, unlimited sessions during your rental window (1 print per person per session), and instant digital delivery via text or QR code. Most packages also include a free online gallery for sharing after the event.
