Book
Check Availability & Reserve Your Date
Use our online booking system to check your date, choose a package, and pay your deposit in minutes. Or call us at (747) 895-4473 and we'll walk you through it together. A deposit of $150–$300 holds your date exclusively — no one else can book that slot.
You'll receive a booking confirmation immediately with all your event details.
Design
We Design Your Custom Print Template
After booking, we send you a brief design questionnaire — your event colors, any fonts or design inspiration, your monogram or logo, and your date. Our designer builds a custom print template around your vision.
You'll receive a digital proof for review 3–5 days before your event. Revisions are included at no extra charge.
Confirm
We Coordinate With Your Venue
Our team contacts your venue coordinator directly to confirm setup requirements, power access, and booth placement. You don't have to manage the logistics — we handle the venue coordination so you can focus on your event.
We arrive 60–90 minutes before the start of your event to set up, test, and be ready before the first guest walks in.
Event Day
We Arrive Early & Run the Booth All Night
Our attendant arrives early, sets up everything, and runs the booth for the full duration of your rental. We manage the line, hype up guests, guide groups into the frame, and make sure every session produces a great photo.
Our bilingual (English/Spanish) attendants are warm, professional, and experienced with every type of event.
Prints
Guests Get Prints Instantly
Every photo is printed in seconds — high-quality, full-color prints using your custom-designed template. Each person in the photo receives their own copy to take home. No waiting, no fighting over a single strip.
Prints are professional-grade on premium paper stock. Guests can also receive digital copies via text or email instantly.
After
Digital Gallery Delivered to You
After the event, we compile every photo taken at your booth into a complete digital gallery and deliver it to you — typically same night or the following morning. It's a complete record of everyone who was there and every moment captured.
The digital gallery is yours to download, share, and keep forever.
