What's included in every package?
Every staffed package includes a custom-designed print template, unlimited sessions, one print per person per photo, digital gallery delivery, and setup/teardown. The attendant is included in all staffed packages.
Is there a travel fee?
No travel fee for most of LA County (La Crescenta, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, LA proper, SFV, SGV, South Bay, Westside). A small travel fee applies for Orange County, Ventura County, Santa Clarita, and Antelope Valley. Contact us for your specific location.
How long is a typical rental?
Most events book 3–4 hours. Weddings and quinceañeras typically book 3–5 hours. Corporate events are usually 2–4 hours. We also offer open-ended packages — contact us with your event duration and we'll recommend the right option.
What deposit is required to book?
A deposit of $150–$300 (depending on package) secures your date. The balance is due 7–14 days before your event. All payments are processed securely through Check Cherry.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay (plus tax). We quote clearly and don't add surprise fees on event day. Travel fees (when applicable) are disclosed before you book.
Can I customize my package?
Yes — most packages are customizable. Add hours, backdrops, audio guestbook, props, or combine multiple booth types. Contact us and we'll build a quote around your specific event.
