Everything you need to know before booking

What types of events do you provide photo booth rentals for?

We serve a wide range of events including weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, brand activations, trade shows, festivals, birthday parties, sweet 16s, holiday parties, school events, and graduation celebrations. If people are gathering, we have a photo experience for it.

How far in advance should we book?

For weekend events during peak season (May–October), we recommend booking 2–3 months in advance. Weekday events and off-peak dates can often be arranged with 2–4 weeks notice. For major holidays and large corporate events, book as early as possible — those dates fill quickly.

Can the photo booth be customized for our event theme?

Yes — every booking includes a fully custom-designed print template. Send us your event colors, monogram, name, date, or branding guidelines and we'll create a design made exclusively for your event. For brand activations, we can integrate logos, hashtags, and custom AI art styles.

Do you offer corporate branding options?

Yes — our corporate packages include custom print overlays, branded digital templates, step-and-repeat backdrops, AI art styles trained on your brand, lead capture (email/phone collection), and post-event analytics reports. We have worked with Adidas, Four Seasons, Funko, and the Conrad Hilton Foundation.

How long is a typical rental?

Most staffed photo booth packages start at 3 hours. Our 360 Video Booth has a 3-hour minimum. The Drop-Off Rental is 6 hours. Additional hours can be added to any package. Setup and breakdown time are not counted against your rental hours.

Do guests receive instant prints or digital copies?

Both, depending on the package. Most staffed packages include instant prints for every guest plus digital delivery via text or email. Some packages (AI Photo Booth, Roamer) are digital-only. After the event, you receive a complete digital gallery of every photo taken.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in La Crescenta and serve all of Los Angeles County — from Palmdale to Long Beach, Santa Monica to the San Gabriel Valley. We also serve Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Santa Clarita, and parts of neighboring counties. Contact us to confirm availability for your location.
