Pay Your Deposit

A small deposit secures your date. The balance is due closer to your event. All payments are processed securely through Check Cherry.

We Handle the Rest

Our team contacts you to confirm details, design your custom print template, and coordinate with your venue. On event day, we arrive early and handle everything.

Booking FAQs

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and quinceañeras, we recommend 3–6 months. For corporate events and parties, 4–8 weeks is usually fine. Saturday dates between May and October fill fastest.

What does the deposit cover?

The deposit holds your date exclusively — no one else can book that slot. Deposit amounts vary by package but are typically $150–$300. The balance is due 7–14 days before your event.

Can I change my booking after I reserve?

Yes — you can update your package, add-ons, or event details up to 30 days before your event at no charge. Date changes are subject to availability.

Is the booking system secure?

Yes. We use Check Cherry, a leading event booking platform with encrypted payments. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

What if I need to cancel?

Our cancellation policy is outlined in your booking agreement. Generally, cancellations 60+ days out receive a full deposit refund. Contact us directly — we work with clients on a case-by-case basis for emergencies.

Can I book by phone instead?
