Its proximity to LA Live, the Convention Center, and the Arts District makes it accessible for both local and visiting guests. The multi-level layout was designed specifically for events, with each floor offering a distinct atmosphere — from intimate ground-level spaces to the expansive rooftop. Setup & Logistics

Hudson Loft's multi-level layout requires advance coordination on booth placement and power access. For rooftop setups, we secure all equipment against wind and bring battery-backup power. The rooftop elevator provides access for equipment, and we coordinate timing with other vendors who may be setting up simultaneously on different levels. For indoor loft setups, the concrete floors are level and stable, and power access points are available throughout. We recommend discussing the event flow with your planner to determine the optimal level and position for the booth — rooftop for sunset through early evening, then potentially relocating to the interior loft for the later portion of the event. We arrive 2 hours before guest arrival for multi-level events.
